During peak seasons (festivals, holidays, sales), processing time may extend by 1–3 days.

  • Candle has not been lit or altered

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or partially burned candles

  • Opened packaging

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
