• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via secure third-party gateways.

• By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by bank or gateway issues.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed when:

• Payment is successfully processed, and

• You receive an order confirmation email.

We may cancel or refuse orders if:

• Items are out of stock

• Payment is declined or flagged as suspicious

• There is suspected fraud or policy violation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days.

• Estimated delivery time within India: 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier performance.

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return and refund rules are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy and in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• Used or partially burned candles are generally not eligible for return.

• Damaged or incorrect items reported within the specified time (with photos) may be replaced or refunded.
